1. Cashback will be generated once every 24 hours, provided that the valid turnover exceeds 0.01.

2. If users use bonus funds from HengOngBet promotional activities, these funds will not be included in the cashback calculation.

3. The cashback commission will be credited to your account starting from 4:00 PM (UTC+8:00) daily.

4. Cashback will be calculated based on the daily total valid bets from qualifying suppliers of sports betting, virtual sports, live entertainment, and slot games.

5. After cashback is calculated, the commission will be automatically deposited into your HengOngBet account’s chip wallet.

6. All cashback must meet a 1x turnover requirement before it can be withdrawn, unless otherwise specified.

7. Any changes to personal information during the promotional period will result in the forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses.

8. Invalid, draw, canceled, or opposing bets with the same result will not count toward valid cashback.

9. Non-live table games (e.g., single-player video poker, video poker, single-player sic bo, sic bo, and blackjack) and non-slot games are excluded from cashback calculations, unless specifically stated.

11. If any user is found engaging in betting manipulation or other abnormal gaming behavior, the platform reserves the right to directly deduct the cashback earned by the player and disqualify them from participating in the promotion.
